If you need to return or exchange an item from your purchase or gift today, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. This luxury of being able to return your purchase or gift received from a customer whom purchased the merchandise from our store our web site.

return policy & about returns exchange or refund.  PLEASE RETURN MERCHANDISE PROMPTLY. RECEIPT IS REQUIRED FOR US TO ACCEPT RETURNED MERCHANDISE. We will gladly issue a refund, credit or exchange for all purchases returned within 30 days of purchase for JACEY WYATT merchandise. If you return merchandise after 30 days of purchase, its up to JCWYATT to authorize a decision to accept the return. We may issue a gift card, credit to credit card, check (within 2 weeks) and a check back to the actual person who purchased the item. NO returns are accepted on custom orders, discounted merchandise and on all sales are final merchandise. Unwrapped and unused items will only be accepted. Items shipped to the wrong address, from customer's mistake and fault for providing us with the incorrect address will not be subject to these terms and conditions. The person that received the merchandise as a gift will not be a payable of the check that is mailed to the purchaser. A gift card of equal or less value will be issued to the gift receiver if merchandise was purchased. Returned merchandise must be shipped in original carton and must be in unused and unopened condition. Only damaged merchandise will be accepted for exchange or credit. Upon JC Wyatt receipt of damaged goods, a credit will be issued to credit card or account. No returns will be accepted on Custom Orders. Returns paid by credit card will take about 2 billing cycles to clear accounts.

how to return items to us. PLEASE FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROMPT RETURN, CREDIT OR EXCHANGE. 1. Enclose any of the following we provide with your shipment: the packing slip, shipping statement, invoice/ receipt provided to you. 2.Package the merchandise in its original packaging meeting all carriers guidelines. 3. Tape a return label or ours (if provided) to the top of the outside of the package. For your protection have the merchandise return insured, please return by Fedex, FEDEX GROUND, UPS or Priority Mail tracked. CUSTOMER OR GIFT RECIPIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING CHARGES BACK TO US. WE DON'T REFUND ANY SHIPPING COSTS FOR ANY ORDER.

canceling orders. WE ONLY ALLOW 24-HOURS TO CANCEL AN ORDER.  To cancel an order please notify us within 24hours of placement of that order. Calll us anytime including holidays we phones are open 365 days a year. AFTER 24-HOURS ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL AND CUSTOMER IS HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ORDER AND CHARGE/PAYMENT. JC Wyatt will only accept cancellations within 48 hours by: Phone or FAX, with a confirmed authorization code, Customer Service assistance is available 7 days a week from 10:00am to 10:00pm EST. JC Wyatt is not responsible for any cancellation that is not received within the 48 hour time period, which includes weekends and holidays. Time period begins, when JC Wyatt receives your order. After 48 hours, the customer will be held responsible for all orders placed.

payments. All orders must be pre-paid by money order, business check or credit card. Matercard, Visa, Discover Card or American Express Cards are accepted. American Express is the Official Card of JC Wyatt and ALL orders paid with the American Express cards are processed and shipped first. All Credit Card orders are authorized and charged upon or prior to shipment from JC Wyatt. Credit Card is billed under the name Wyatt& CO.

checks. All orders paid by check are subject to rules and terms provided at the main customer care desk. Any checks returned are subject to a $25.00 service charge to the customer. A a major credit and valid identification is required to purchase items from us.

shipping.  Shipping & Handling charges will be added to all orders. JC Wyatt ships by FedEx and Fedex Ground or United States Postal.
